Minty Green Smoothie

2 sprigs of mint
1/2 cup water
4 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients in a smoothie maker or blender, and enjoy!

These include rosmaniric acid, which slows the formation of plaque in the arteries. Mint also contains limonene, which provides protection against some cancers.
